How many of you like t-shirts?
Honestly my sister showed me this site a while ago called Teespring, and honestly I’ve had so many ideas that I’ve put some on t-shirts. Just ideas I’ve gotten listening to music, or hearing sermons, and honestly, some of them I think will make people ask questions, which I guess you could say is a point that I had in mind while creating these. I hope you like them too, and you purchase them. They only cost $20 dollars each!
This is how Teespring works. It’s like Kickstarter in sense, but just for t-shirts. Each shirt (or campaign if you want to call it that) has a run date of 21 days! You only have 21 days to decide if you want any of theme amazing tshirts! Here’s where your help also comes in on this. Each shirt has a minimum of 50 before anything gets printed! So spread the word amongst your friends, family, just anyone! They come in different colours and all of that!
Here are the links to each of the shirts -
So please, spread the word!
Well, it’s not just any kind of t-shirt either. I’m a fan (Probably one of who knows how many are out there) of the show Person of Interest. I haven’t watched much of this season, definitely have to get caught up on that. Anyways, after watching I don’t know how many episodes of it I’ve watched, (Mostly just season two, working on Season one, and a few of Season 3) I’ve been thinking of analogies that have been running through my head most of the times I’ve watched it.
More specifically, what the show is about, the person of interest that Mr. Reese and Mr. Finch, help out. Now I don’t know how I got onto this, but even thinking about the title of the show, the analogy has come to mind about God choosing us as a people of interest.
The other day my sister told me about this site called TeeSpring, which is basically a crowd funding site like Kickstarter, but only for tshirts, which is a pretty cool idea. So, Using that idea, I created a t-shirt, using 1st Peter 2:9 - “But You are a chosen people, a Royal Priesthood, a Holy Nation, God’s Special Possession”
Here is the link if anyone is interested in purchasing it –http://teespring.com/peopleofinterest
Pass it around to your friends since if you are really interested in it, at least 50 people need to preorder the shirt for this to happen.
“Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18, NIV)
When you are thankful, it opens the door for God to move on your behalf. That’s why it says “this is God’s will for you.” He wants you to be close to Him to receive His strength and power by giving thanks. That’s why we should always have the attitude that says, “God, in spite of what’s happened, I choose to be grateful. I may be sick, but Father, thank You for being my healer. Thank you for giving me great friends and family.” Or, “I may be struggling in my marriage, but God, thank You for being my restorer. Thank You for giving me another sunrise.” As you give thanks in everything, you will see God’s hand move mightily on your behalf, and you’ll come out of that difficulty better, stronger and wiser than before.
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father God, today I choose to give You thanks in all things! I know that You are a good God, and You have good plans in store for my future. I bless You and thank You for another day to sing Your praise in Jesus’ name! Amen.
“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father…” (James 1:17, NKJV)
God has so many good and perfect gifts in store for you. Not only does He offer eternal life through His Son, Jesus, but the Bible is filled with His generous and abundant promises in this life. He wants to bless you with provision and supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. He wants to pour out His abundant favor on you and cause everything you touch to prosper. He wants to bless you with spiritual gifts and make you strong in your inner man. He wants you to enjoy your job and be proud of your work each day. These are all gifts from God.
Every good gift from God is meant to draw us closer to Him. Often times, people have an idea about God based on past experiences. But today, I encourage you to let go of old mindsets and see God according to His Word. He is good and faithful, and He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him! Seek Him today and experience the life of blessing He has in store for you!
